Rental Rates – Parent’s weekends:  3 nights $950  |  Reunion  weekend:  3 nights $1,200  | Grad weekend: 4 nights  $1,600  |  Summer weekly:  $1,375 + 7 % sales tax and 5% Marshall Co. lodging tax. Housekeeping is paid at the end of the stay by the tenant. The security deposit is $500 for 3 night stays and $1000 for one week or longer stays.
